DCFC Recreation Soccer uses two facilities. DCFC East is located at the sportsplex and DCFC West is located at the Yorktown Sports Park. Note: We are one club with two facilities. Depending on field conditions and/or availability, games may be played at either facility or on different days.
The season is six weeks long with a tournament included during the sixth week. Schedules will not be available until registration is completed and teams are formed, we will have them at the coaches meeting the week prior to the beginning of the season. If you played in the fall you will be with the same coach and team (and jersey) in the spring.

Please be advised of the following:
Recreational Guidelines
HYDRATE - Each player is encouraged to provide their own water bottle for each practice and game. Additionally, it would be beneficial to label the bottle with your player's name.
SHIN GUARDS - All participants MUST wear shin guards during all practices
and games. This is for your child's safety and they will not be permitted to play
without them.
BALL- Each player is encouraged to have their own ball. Players can gain maximum
benefit from practices by increasing their contact with the ball.
Size #3 - U-6
Size #4 - U-8 and U-10
Size #5 - U-13
SHOES – Soccer cleats are recommended but not required. Soccer cleats should be rubber or molded plastic – no metal cleats.
UNIFORM – Shin guards should not be visible and socks should be long enough to pull over the shin guards. If your child will wear a jacket or sweatshirt during the game, their team shirt should be on the outside of all layers. It can be very windy at the fields, therefore, colder than you may expect. Plan to bring an extra layer and/or blanket to each game.
JEWELRY - No jewelry may be worn during games, including earrings. This should be exercised in practices, as well. Again, this is for the safety of all players.
